The owner of Fit Theory, Candy, notes her biggest point of pride was working with a Parkinson's patient and helping him regain the ability to walk stairs alone. Fitness & Body Composition Monitoring
After working with you to establish your goals, we take before and after pictures, body measurements that are checked every two weeks, and we help you start a fitness journal. In your journal, you'll log what you eat and drink, your workout routine, and how much you travel. It's a great way to regain your fitness after childbirth, accidents or injuries, or even just a prolonged spell of inactivity. By monitoring your activity, you'll find it easier to hold yourself accountable and stay on the right track.
Our nutritional consultation can be done before, during, or after your workout. We review the logs and help you keep track of what you're eating, what and how much do you drink, and what are you not happy with. If you have a major issue, we can sit down and review all the factors to determine if it's a medical condition.
